If you receive your new equipment and find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused items to Pure Water Power within 30 days of purchase.

Simply fill out the form below and we'll issue you an RMA number to be included in or on the box, and our return address. You can also begin the return process by giving us a call, or sending us an email, whichever is most convenient for you!

You can ship your unused items back to us with your preferred carrier: UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Please be advised that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless your return is a result of our error.

Once the items have been returned to Pure Water Power and inspected, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment.
